I do not know if the photo quilt idea is original, it came to me on one of my morning walks as I was working out what I might do with my year 9 in their next lesson. In the past I have send students out with digital cameras to look for any circles, faces, the alphabet, and even just random picture taking. As an art teacher I am keen to get students simply to look, and to precipitate discussion on imagery.
